Refund Policy
LYNX MARKETING AGENCY operates as a business and we expect CLIENTS to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as an internet marketing company is to bring the highest value per dollar spent by our CLIENTS, and in order to help us in that pursuit, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time in respect to the services offered to CLIENT.
THIS IS OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND BY HIRING LYNX MARKETING AGENCY FOR SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES.
Website Design & Development
Payments for website design and development projects are made to us in divisions as a courtesy to the client. In the majority of cases 50% at the beginning of the project and 50% upon completion of the project. Once a payment or deposit is made, we purchase a domain name, web hosting, and other services for your project from 3rd parties on your behalf before we can actually begin installing your website software and spend time on delivering a high-quality website to match your requirements. These items are not refundable.
Therefore, the initial 50% is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed by a customer, the initial deposit paid is retained by LYNX MARKETING AGENCY and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
But If a web design project is canceled by LYNX MARKETING AGENCY, then the initial deposit of 50% is fully refundable to the customer.
The refund policy will not take effect:
- If you have already confirmed or approved the acceptance of design and we, have moved to the development stage.
- If the website has been made live as per your request, by uploading files on your web server.
- If the order is placed for a service/product like, Domain Name Registration, Web Hosting, Downloadable Software etc.
- We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon.
- Issues unrelated to the company and project.
- If you have failed to communicate with us for more than forty-five days.
- If the company for whom the design was being made closes, changes its name or undergoes other alterations rendering a design ill fitting, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you purchased a “Special Offer/Discount/Promotion “ that does not constitute one of our standard packages as advertised.
- Once you have taken final delivery.
Digital Marketing services
These includes Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, Pay Per Click Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, Email Marketing And Content Marketing.
Payments for these services are non-refundable, and we do not issue pro-rated refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
All Setup fees are non-refundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by LYNX MARKETING AGENCY in initiating services. If a project is canceled or postponed, the amount paid is retained by LYNX MARKETING AGENCY and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Digital marketing services are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.
Creative Designs
These includes all the branding materials design such as logo, digital illustration, business card, brochure, flyer, packaging design, poster design, t-shirt design, mug design, and other visual branding assets.
If you select a concept and request changes or revisions, then no refunds will be given if you cancel the project at any stage after that. You will only get a refund if you cancel the project at the initial concept phase.
The refund policy will not take effect:
- If you have already confirmed or approved the acceptance of a design, we cannot provide a refund. Your approval represents an acceptance of the final project and serves as an implicit statement of satisfaction.
- If you have failed to communicate with us for more than forty five days.
- If the company for whom the design was performed should close, change its name, or undergo other alterations rendering a design ill fitting, we cannot issue a refund.
- Issues unrelated to the company and project.
- Refund does not apply to rush order fees or if you request for a redraw or revisions or final files.
- If you purchased a “Special Offer/Discount/Promotion” that does not constitute one of our standard packages as advertised.
- Once you have taken final delivery.
Chargebacks:
We normally ask for CLIENT credit card or payment info so that we can charge the CLIENTS card for services provided OR we may also send an invoice so that you can pay from your end. Claiming that you didn’t provide your card info or that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent.
If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by CLIENT to a bank or credit card company, then CLIENT services and/or projects will be suspended and in some cases all work will be undone (reversed) without notice. Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to CLIENT (to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).
In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work.
Changes
LYNX MARKETING AGENCY may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of LYNX MARKETING AGENCY website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.

Our cancellation policy:
Client satisfaction lies at the core of our services and we ensure that in every possible way. At LYNX MARKETING AGENCY, even our cancellation and refund policy of digital marketing services are very transparent and different for each service we offer.
How is the cancellation procedure?
- Send us your cancellation request by telephone or email
- It will be collected at our accounts and billing department
- You will receive a confirmation reply from us. Until then, the request will remain invalid
- The email we send in reply will be considered proof of canceling the service
Note: Clients need to place their cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. LYNX MARKETING AGENCY will only accept it when the project has not been started yet.
